As the South's leading water cooler supplier, we take our responsibilities towards the
environment seriously. We're committed to reducing CO2 emissions and carefully consider the environmental impact of all our business operations.

. Our bottles are re-usable and refillable and are used many, many times over.
. We charge our customers refundable deposits for the bottles to ensure they are
returned, sterilised and re-used.
. When our bottles reach the end of their life cycle they are chipped to be recycled and
never go to landfill.
. We have invested in computer systems and processes that ensure we are
distributing our products in the most efficient way possible.
. Active management alongside these systems will ensure we achieve maximum
efficiency, reducing our annual mileage and emissions.
. We have instituted electronic billing and faxing to save paper waste.

Our bottling and distribution centres incorporate processes to reduce waste and conserve energy. Isis Pure Dorset Water is extracted from deep underground the chalk hills of Hardy country at Charlton Barrow, Dorset. The water is treated with ozone, a natural steriliser to ensure the highest product quality. All bottles are thoroughly cleaned, sterilised and hygienically sealed before bottling and when empty are collected, thoroughly cleaned again and re-used.

We join with the industry in examining our role in reducing environmental impact. The BWCA has adopted a 6 point plan that is an integral part of the planning, execution and evaluation. The BWCA plan provides for a base line evaluation, a 3 year plan and innovation for new technologies. They are supported by the Neutral Group.
